Questions that arise from each session can be submitted through an easy-to-use, web-based tool called www.sli.do. These questions will be answered live all day and available on the website after the event is over. The most popular questions will be answered during the Q&A period at the end of the day. This is also where we will draw for prizes.

The easiest way to complete your registration is by credit card or PayPal. If your clinic needs to be invoiced for your registrations, please email CONNECT@c9s.1ae.myftpupload.com with the names of all attendees and we'll have an invoice sent over.

Registrations are refundable until March 15th, 2019. Only name changes can be made after this date.

In Winnipeg and Toronto, there are multiple dates. The content won’t change, so feel free to register for whichever day suits your schedule best. Because we have so many clients in these areas, we wanted to offer more than one opportunity to attend.
