PARTNER EXPECTATIONS

Our Partnership Structure
Thinking of becoming a QHR partner? See our partner types, requirements, and additional information explained below
Service Provider
  • This is a service provider that we’re aware of but who has no integration with QHR, and we do not explicitly recommend them.

Preferred Service Provider
  • This is a service provider who has no integration with QHR, but we do recommend them.

Type 1 Limited Vendor
Sample scale: 1 customer
  • A Type 1 Vendor relationship exists where a clinic has identified a technology vendor that suits their clinic’s unique needs, but the service is not (or not yet) marketable to multiple customers. This product is sold, supported, billed, and marketed by the vendor and is set up on a one-time-only basis. The vendor signs the Platform Terms of Service, and the customer is required to sign an indemnification agreement and enter into an agreement with the vendor.

QHR does not charge the customer. The vendor may charge an integration fee.

Type 2 Marketplace Vendor
Sample scale: pilot 1-5 customers, live 5-30 customers
  • A Type 2 Vendor relationship exists where a clinic or the organization has identified a technology vendor that serves more than one clinic’s need. This product is still sold, supported, billed, and marketed by the vendor themselves but they are noted in the QHR marketplace as an option. (Note that this vendor will not be listed on our website until they have at least one live and successful implementation.) This product must undergo medium security and privacy screening. The vendor will sign a Platform Terms of Service, and the customer must sign an indemnification agreement and enter into an agreement with the vendor. QHR will also work with the customer to understand their needs for this product and what differentiates it from current offerings; the intent is to help us understand demand, and to ensure that the customer is aware of options that best meet their needs.

QHR does not charge the customer. The vendor may charge an integration fee.

Partner
Sample scale: 30 or more customers
  • A Partner Relationship exists where a notable number of clinics or the organization have identified a technology vendor that serves a significant market demand. This product is sold, supported, billed, and co-marketed by QHR. This product must undergo a high security and privacy screening and the customer must sign an AccuroEMR LSA-A specific to the product.

Sold as a product to the customer; pricing varies.

Supplier
  • A Supplier Relationship exists where there is an organizational need for a technology product to enable connection or growth of either QHR products or Vendors. High level privacy and security screening must occur and the agreement is typically between QHR and the customer, and QHR and the vendor.

This follows a typical pricing model where QHR pays the vendor for the service, which may or may not extend to the customer.
