How Mobile Check-in works for your clinic
- Once the patient checks in via Mobile Check-in, the Accuro scheduler is updated with the self-check-in status icon: a green circle with a white checkmark. Clinic staff may add other available statuses (confirmed, no-show, etc.) but they cannot remove the self-check-in status.
- If the clinic uses Traffic Manager, the patient will be added there along with the self-check-in status icon.
- The day sheet will also be updated with the self-check-in status icon.
- The encounter notes will display the default ‘Arrived’ status.
Note: For the mobile check-in status to appear in the scheduler, a user must refresh the screen by navigating away and back, changing the day/week view, or clicking the refresh button.


How Mobile Check-in works for your patients
- Patient logs into their Medeo Patient account through the app or by scanning their clinic QR code.
- If their appointment is no more than 10 minutes away, they’ll see a ‘CHECK IN’ button on the appointment card in their Medeo dashboard.
- Once they check in, a pop-up will notify them they’ve successfully checked in to that appointment.
- The button will now read ‘CHECKED IN’.
