REQUIREMENTS: Accuro AI Scribe, powered by Heidi, requires a paid subscription to Heidi's Accuro AI Scribe Plus, Accuro AI Scribe Team, or Enterprise plans. Heidi's Free, Evidence Plus or Evidence Team plans are not currently supported in this integration.

Our platform is secured through end-to-end encryption and is compliant with all Canadian privacy and security standards. Heidi also uses strong de-identification, removing all personal identifiers before processing, and clinicians and patients always retain control and can delete notes permanently at any time.
Not at this time. Heidi Evidence features are currently only accessible through the Heidi Web App and not through the embedded Accuro AI Scribe experience.
