What is Accuro Admin Centre?
The Accuro Admin Centre (AAC) is a new tool available to Cloud-hosted clinics.
Log into Accuro Admin Centre
It gives system administrators more control in Accuro and reduces the need to contact our support team for some user and clinic management tasks.
Features and benefits
Currently, AAC users are able to do the following:
- See who has created their Accuro ONE ID in Accuro Cloud
- Reset passwords
- Reset multi-factor authentication
- Unlock users
- Suspend users
- Force logout of user
- Update email addresses
- Create non-provider user
In the near future, the following functionality will be added:
- Create new provider accounts and apply permissions
- View and manage licenses for users
