Privacy Policy
Data residency
All patient and clinic data is hosted in Microsoft Azure Canada Central data centres located in Toronto, Ontario. Protected health information does not leave Canadian borders for storage or processing. Sub-processors used for ancillary services (e.g., email delivery, analytics) are contractually bound to equivalent privacy standards.
Data usage
Patient and protected health information is used exclusively for scheduling, workflow automation, patient communications, intake form processing, referral routing, and queue management as authorized by the healthcare provider. Migranium does not sell, share, or use patient data for advertising, marketing to patients, or any purpose beyond the services contracted by the clinic. Data access is governed by clinic-specific configurations and role-based permissions.
