WE SPECIALIZE IN DIRECT DATABASE EXTRACTION.

Our method of data extraction goes right to the source to transfer deeper medical and operational data. Other EMR vendors often import data using CDS or COPD formats. These flat files may exclude operational items like referrals, consults, documents, requisitions, messages, and tasks, and all custom fields in the EMR are lost during the transition. Direct database extracts allow us to ensure that your patient charts, operational data, and custom fields are as complete as possible.

WE DO A FULL TEST IMPORT, THEN MAKE ADJUSTMENTS.

The test import includes the full data set, not just a small subset, so that we can provide the highest level of data conversion. You get an opportunity to review and approve your migrated data, and if anything needs adjusting, we do that before the process is finalized.

WE OFFER CUSTOM ADJUSTMENTS AND IMPORTS.

To make sure your data is as complete as possible, we can add custom fields you had in your previous EMR or consolidate multiple databases for easier sharing of patient and clinic records.

Your current workflows will be evaluated and Accuro will be customized for all your users’ needs.
Data Migration
Your existing data will be imported, and our Data Migration Specialists will ensure your charts and operational data are as complete as possible and meet with your approval.
Personalized Training
You’ll get individualized training from an Accuro Instructor using your actual EMR data to get you working with confidence.
Ongoing Support
When migration is complete, your clinic ‘goes live’ with Accuro, and our robust, 100-member Client Services Team will be available for ongoing support and assistance.
