Cortico Video Visits enable clinics to offer secure, reliable virtual appointments directly from the Cortico platform. Patients can book a video visit online or through the clinic, receive a secure link, and join the call from any device without needing to download an app.
The integration ensures that virtual appointments appear in Accuro just like in-person visits, with automated reminders, patient-friendly links, and optional pre-visit intake workflows. This makes virtual care easy for both clinics and patients, reducing administrative steps while expanding access to care.
Note: This capability is part of the Cortico Clinic Tool Suite, which includes online booking, reminders, messaging, and video visits.
- Clinic books a video visit in Accuro (via Cortico Online Booking or manually).
