How it works: 
  • Cliniconex works with the clinic to configure ACS Booking and syncs with the Accuro scheduler.
  • Patients access online booking on a webpage, select provider/appointment type and book.
  • Bookings can automatically be added to the Accuro Scheduler or can be approved by staff first.
  • Staff create and configure ACS Forms and ACS Surveys within Automated Care Platform
  • Digital forms/surveys are completed via a link or from an embedded widget on a webpage.
  • Staff manage responses in Automated Care Platform. Responses are also uploaded to the patient's chart.

DATA SECURITY

Encryption:

  • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. In addition, data undergoes de-identification after processing is complete

Authentication:

  • Users log in with a username or password or via a partner login integration.

Logging & Monitoring:

  • Audit trail of booking and form activity along with security and system event logging to detect and troubleshoot problems or security threats.
Data residency
Primary data storage:
Data from Canadian customers is stored in Canada, along with data backups.
Data usage

Patient Demographics
Purpose/Use: Identify the correct patient for booking, link to scheduling.
Disclosure/Sharing: No disclosures outside of the clinic or facility the patient is associated with.
Retention: If the Customer requests it during the Term or within three (3) months after this Agreement ends, Cliniconex will make Customer Data available for export or download in accordance with the Documentation. After that three (3) month period, Cliniconex has no obligation to retain or provide Customer Data and will delete or destroy all copies in its possession or control as described in the Documentation, unless prohibited by law.

Appointments
Purpose/Use: booking, schedule slot assignment, calendar sync.
Disclosure/Sharing: No disclosures outside of the clinic or facility the patient is associated with.
Retention: If the Customer requests it during the Term or within three (3) months after this Agreement ends, Cliniconex will make Customer Data available for export or download in accordance with the Documentation. After that three (3) month period, Cliniconex has no obligation to retain or provide Customer Data and will delete or destroy all copies in its possession or control as described in the Documentation, unless prohibited by law.

Provider Information
Purpose/Use: provider and location matching, filter booking by provider.
Disclosure/Sharing: No disclosures outside of the clinic or facility the patient is associated with.
Retention: If the Customer requests it during the Term or within three (3) months after this Agreement ends, Cliniconex will make Customer Data available for export or download in accordance with the Documentation. Clinical Notes
Purpose/Use: Use preference codes to override organizational preferences on a per-patient basis
Disclosure/Sharing: No disclosures outside of the clinic or facility the patient is associated with.
Retention: We do not retain.
