Overview
Accuro Appointment Notifications provide clinics with an easy, automated way to remind patients of upcoming appointments. The system sends a clear, mobile-friendly email reminder 24 hours before the appointment, reducing no-shows and helping patients stay on top of their care.
Because the notifications are fully integrated into the Accuro Scheduler, the reminders are always accurate and require no manual intervention. Clinics benefit from fewer missed appointments and less time spent calling patients or managing rescheduling.
Appointment Notifications are included at no additional cost with every Accuro Engage tool and are available to all Accuro users.
How it works:
- The clinic books an appointment in the Accuro schedule and “Shares” with the patient.
- No setup required — Appointment Notifications automatically activate.
- Patients receive an email 24 hours before the appointment with:
- Date and time
- Provider name
- Location or video link (if applicable)
- Patients are reminded to attend or prepare, reducing missed appointments.
- The clinic sees improved schedule stability without extra admin effort.
