Overview
Accuro Patient Messaging gives clinics a simple, secure way to communicate with patients without relying on external tools. Whether you’re sending a one-off notice, sharing a document, or messaging hundreds of patients at once, Patient Messaging is built directly into Accuro for effortless, centralized communication.
Clinics can quickly run a query to identify a specific patient group - such as those due for immunizations, those affected by a schedule change, or those impacted by a weather closure - and send clear, consistent messages that reduce confusion and phone calls.
Because it’s natively integrated, staff do not need to manage multiple systems or export patient data. Everything is done securely inside the EMR.
How it works:
- Clinic staff write a message or select a saved macro template.
- Choose individual patients or run a Query to build a patient list.
- Attach documents or links if needed.
- Send the message securely through Accuro.
- Patients receive message notification via email, then login to their Medeo patient app to view, keeping the content saved and secure.
- Delivery status appears in Accuro for staff to review.
