Our Vendor Program
A Marketplace Vendor relationship exists where a clinic or QHR has identified a technology vendor whose product serves more than one clinic’s need. This product is marketed, sold, supported, and billed by the vendor themselves but the vendor is listed in QHR’s vendor marketplace as an option. (Note that this vendor will not be listed on QHR’s website until they have at least one live and successful implementation.)
A Marketplace Vendor must complete a Sandbox/UAT process, a privacy and security review, and QHR’s Platform Terms of Service at its own expense. The customer is required to sign an indemnification agreement and enter into an agreement with the vendor, and candidate Marketplace Vendors are responsible for onboarding fees.
A Commercial Vendor relationship exists where a clinic has identified a technology vendor whose product suits their clinic’s unique needs, but the product is not (or not yet) marketable to multiple customers.
The product is marketed, sold, supported, and billed by the Commercial Vendor and is installed on an on-demand basis. A Commercial Vendor must complete a Sandbox/UAT process, a privacy and security review, and QHR’s Platform Terms of Service at its own expense. The customer is required to sign an indemnification agreement and enter into an agreement with the vendor, and candidate Commercial vendors are responsible for onboarding fees.
