All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. In addition, data undergoes de-identification after processing is complete.

Cliniconex follows incident response procedures. These include sub-procedures for containment, eradication, recovery and notification, and testing of these processes.

To identify the correct patient and link reminders to their account.
Appointment information:
To send reminders, support confirmations/cancellations, and update appointment status in the scheduler.
Provider information:
To include relevant provider and appointment details in messages and support scheduling.
Data sharing
Customer data is not disclosed outside of the clinic or facility the patient is associated with.
Data retention
Customer data can be requested for export or download during the agreement and for up to three months after it ends. After that period, Cliniconex will delete or destroy retained copies in accordance with its documentation, unless prohibited by law.
