Encryption:
- All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. In addition, data undergoes de-identification after processing is complete
Authentication:
- Users log in with a username or password or via a partner login integration.
Logging & Monitoring:
- Audit trail of booking and form activity along with security and system event logging to detect and troubleshoot problems or security threats.

Data from Canadian customers is stored in Canada, along with data backups.
Backup & Disaster Recovery:
Cliniconex follows incident response procedures. These include sub-procedures for containment, eradication, recovery and notification, and testing of these processes.
Patient Demographics
Purpose/Use: Identify the correct patient and link reminders to their account.
Disclosure/Sharing: No disclosures outside of the clinic or facility the patient is associated with.
Retention: If the Customer requests it during the Term or within three (3) months after this Agreement ends, Cliniconex will make Customer Data available for export or download in accordance with the Documentation. After that three (3) month period, Cliniconex has no obligation to retain or provide Customer Data and will delete or destroy all copies in its possession or control as described in the Documentation, unless prohibited by law.
Appointments
Purpose/Use: To schedule and send reminders, enable confirmation/cancellation, update scheduler status.
