During a visit, the clinician can launch the scribe from the Accuro encounter note flex panel to capture the conversation. Accuro AI Scribe generates a draft note, which the clinician reviews, edits, and saves back to the patient chart.
It is designed to support documentation during or after the visit, while keeping the clinician in control of the final note.

Audio recordings are not retained after transcription. Patient and clinician data is not used to train AI models or for secondary commercial purposes. The clinician reviews and approves the final note before it is saved to the patient chart.
