Overview
QuickChart MD helps healthcare providers spend less time on documentation and more time with patients. The platform combines ambient AI scribing, dictation, integrated video and phone telehealth, AI voice intake, document parsing, clinical decision support, and post-visit review tools in one secure platform. With Accuro integration, QuickChart can support connected clinical documentation workflows by importing appointment and patient context from Accuro.
How it works:
- Clinic connects QuickChart to Accuro using the approved Accuro API integration workflow.
- QuickChart imports supported appointment and patient context from Accuro to reduce manual setup and re-entry.
- Provider uses QuickChart for ambient scribing, dictation, telehealth transcription, or pre-visit intake workflows.
- QuickChart generates structured documentation and summaries for clinician review and approval.
Use cases:
- Family practices looking to reduce clinical documentation time and after-hours charting.
- Specialist clinics that need structured notes for complex assessments and follow-up care.
- Clinics offering virtual care that want telehealth and documentation workflows in one platform.
- Providers who use dictation and want AI-supported note generation and organization.
Key Features
Ambient AI scribe generates structured clinical notes from in-person visits, telehealth calls, and dictation workflows.
AI voice intake gathers history, symptoms, and supporting documents before the visit and prepares a structured pre-visit summary.
QuickChart Intelligence provides in-app evidence retrieval and clinical decision support at the point of care.
Integrated video and phone telehealth supports live transcription and patient access from a browser, with no separate patient app required.
Multimodal input lets providers use PDFs, photos, screenshots, prior notes, dictation, text, voice, image, and PDF content.
