Clinic staff can schedule the appointment and send the patient invite from Accuro. Patients receive a link to join their visit, and providers can launch the call directly from the Accuro schedule.
This helps keep the virtual visit connected to the patient chart and the clinic’s usual appointment process. It can be used for follow-ups, routine care, or appointments where a physical exam is not required.
- The clinic schedules a virtual appointment in Accuro, or the patient books the appointment if online booking is available for the clinic.
- The patient receives an appointment notification with a secure link to join the visit.
- At the appointment time, the provider launches the video session from the Accuro scheduler.
- The patient joins through Medeo (Accuro-Built patient app) from their device. A Medeo login is required.
- The provider conducts the visit. Depending on the setup, available tools may include chat or device-based features.
