Tali is an ambient documentation assistant that helps clinicians create complete, accurate visit notes using artificial intelligence. As clinicians speak naturally with patients, Tali listens securely, processes the conversation, and generates a structured clinical note that can be quickly reviewed, edited, and added to the patient chart.
Tali supports SOAP, narrative, and custom note styles, and can also generate referral letters, messages, and patient instructions, and assist with form filling by extracting key details directly from the encounter. The goal is to significantly reduce time spent charting while improving completeness and clinical documentation quality without disrupting clinical flow.
Clinicians can use Tali during in-person or virtual appointments, with workflows that include one-click ‘push’ notes into Accuro, Accuro-synced scheduling for easier note management, and optional drafting tools for refining notes before sending them to the EMR. All encounters are processed securely in Canadian data centres in accordance with PHIPA and PIPEDA.
- Clinicians open Tali on their computer or browser extension.
- Tali listens to the patient encounter (with clinician approval).
- AI processes the conversation and generates:
- Visit notes
- Letters
- Summaries
- Plans and assessments
- Clinicians review and edit the content.
- Approved text is copied or inserted into Accuro’s encounter note (depending on workflow).
- Tali can also generate additional content on demand: referrals, forms, letters, admin messages, etc.
